Here’s My Process:
STEP 1: Meet & Greet
At this step, you’ll book an appointment via Calendly (below) to set a time when you and I will connect together, either via phone call, or a Skype or a Zoom meeting. We’ll enjoy a friendly discussion about where you are at, and where you’d like to be in your health and longevity journey.
STEP 2: Clarity
Towards the end of our conversation together, I will go over my notes and decide the best course of action for you, and ascertain if my longevity approach and philosophy is the right fit for you and if we can work together. And don’t worry: You this is completely obligations-free.
STEP 3: Intentionality
When we decide if we are the right fit to work together, we will set a time and date when you can attend one-on-one zoom meetings with me. Our meetings will be recorded so you can come back to them for a mood-lift, for inspiration, for a rekindling of your passion for LIFE and its many possibilities.
STEP 4: Health Huzzah!
